Chief Complaint: Difficulty speaking x 3 days 60 y/o male with a history of HTN, HLD, current smoker (20 pack year), and stroke on 01/23 (no residual deficits) presents to the ED sent by his neurologist due to dysarthria, slurred speech, and numbness for the past 3 days.
