Site Evaluation Presentation Summary Rotation 5 IM

During my mid site evaluation, I presented an 80-year-old male who presented complaining of left sided chest pain that had been going on for 3 days. When I was presenting this case, I felt very comfortable because I had interviewed the patient thoroughly and went over the case with one of the PAs in the internal medicine department. During my presentation I outlined different tests I would order or that were already ordered such as a CBC, BMP, cardiac enzymes, and d-dimer.
