My surgery rotation was very interesting, I was exposed to a lot of different things and people. My first time scrubbing into a surgery I was terrified but as I began to get more comfortable after I scrubbed into more surgeries my confidence increased. I really enjoyed going to the different clinics and conversing with and examining patients. I also enjoyed the time I spent with the PA’s who were working the floor and ICU.
