Study schedule:
Week 1-2: Review
- Focus on the topics that I need to improve on such as cardiology, pulmonary, gastroenterology via PPP.
- Review notes and materials from various classes such as Clin med, surgery, and E-med.
- Do practice questions on U world and Rosh correlating to each topic.
Week 3-4: Further Review
- Over the next two weeks dedicate three days to each to one of the other topics that I need to improve on such as OBGYN, Endocrinology, Neurology and Psych via PPP.
- Study relevant topics and practice questions for each topic on U world and Rosh.
Week 5: Comprehensive Review
- Review high-yield topics, common diseases, and conditions across all topics via PPP.
- Take full-length practice exams to assess my progression.
Week 6: Final Review and Simulated Exams
- Spend this week reviewing any weak areas.
- Take multiple full-length, timed practice exams to simulate test conditions.

Daily Study Routine
- Aim to study at least 4-6 hours a day.
- Short breaks (5-10 minutes) between study sessions to stay refreshed.
Review and Adapt
- Continuously assess my performance through practice exams and quizzes on U World and Rosh.
- Focus more on weak areas and reduce time spent on topics I am confident in.
- Revise my schedule if needed based on my progress.
Final Week
- Focus on reviewing high-yield topics and practicing under timed conditions.
- Avoid cramming the night before the exam; instead, relax and get a good night’s sleep.
Exam Day
- Get a good night’s sleep before the exam.
- Eat a balanced meal and stay hydrated.
- Arrive at the testing center early to reduce stress.
