Site Evaluation Presentation Summary Rotation 8 AM

During my site evaluation, I presented a 23-year-old male presented to urgent care complaining of cough for 2 days. I made sure to outline his smoking history as well as his history of allergies. I outlined the lung and cardio exam I did on him in detail due to his chief complaint being a cough. After presenting the physical exam I broke down my differential diagnosis and the reasoning behind all of them. Next, I went into detail within regard to what the work up for the patient would entail and the different tests that I did to rule in or out a diagnosis. Finally, I developed a plan based on the diagnosis that was confirmed with the work up that was done. When I presented my plan, I made sure to explain why I was doing each portion of it and how it was beneficial to the specific case. I received thorough feedback from my evaluator and will use this criticism to elevate my future h and p site evaluations.
